We ordered a rug via Amazon which came from Hauteloom. With a quick delivery, we were sad that the background color was not what was needed/envisioned. However, the rug was high quality and very well-made.....exactly as described except for the shading. Altho the rug was returned, Hauteloom customer service was extremely helpful and quick in responding. We were amazed at how easy they made the process. I would highly recommend buying from this company.
