LOOOOVE this chemise.I read a few reviews elsewhere that complained it's too expensive to NOT have silk and bows. So, yes, be aware that it feels like jersey cotton. But that's in the description. I think the quality of the fabric and lace top is impeccable. And way more comfortable and luxurious (for me, not just my better half). Plus Natori never seems to go on sale but this is/was much a great price vs I could find anywhere else.SIZE is strange. Lots of people on another national retailer site says it runs small. What runs small are the HIPS not the CHEST. I'm 5'8" with a size 10-12 top (large chest and broad shoulders) and a 6-8 skirt (relatively narrow hips) and the it took me a few sizes to find that the MEDIUM fit me well. The large could have worked but I sized down in both the chemise and the Shangri-La robe (matching fabric/colors!). What was most surprising is that bottom is pretty straight cut. The hips JUST fit me ... not tight but not swinging and swishing around where I usually have extra room in a dress.I wanted a bit of support up top and was delighted that it has just enough support and stretch at the top to keep "things" in place where they need a little help.Try it on if you can (Now in Amazon Wardrobe!) but if you're larger on top than the bottom, order your chest size. If you're larger on the bottom, try your regular size AND size up. And definitely try the robe!!I love how pretty and soft the material is but the sizing did not work for me. The top fit well for a 38C bust but the bottom was too fitted and unflattering. I'm afraid that if I sized up then the straps would be too wide. Unfortunately I am returning the item.Happy with the fit but it was a little expensive for the quality.This gown is gorgeous and SUPER comfy! The lavender color is lovely. I look forward to buying this in other colors. It is worth every penny!
